Acai Bowl Crazy
Who doesn’t love Acai bowls these days? I know I do! They are so tasty, healthy and delicious who doesn’t like that right? But It gets expensive after a while when you buy them all the time , so I decided to make my own at home. So I thought I would share with you how easy it is to make it at yourself. All these ingredients you can buy from any supermarket in the frozen section. I bought mine from Publix or Whole foods (It can be more expensive depending on where you buy it from). Fun fact, these bowls are great for spider veins and constipation.
1 bag of Sambazon Acai Berry pure unsweetened Super fruit pack. (make sure you run under warm water before breaking into pieces so its easier to mix in processor)
1 cup of mixed berry fruit.
1 cup of Almond Breeze milk.
How to make the delicious Acai Bowl
Mix all of the ingredients together in your food processor until it looks smooth and thick. You might have to mix a couple times to make sure all the fruit is crushed. Once its all mixed pour into a bowl and add any toppings of your choose. (coconut shavings, nuts,Kiwi, chai seed and bananas) I chose to use my favorite Gluten Free Granola (Kind) and strawberries. I also add Almond butter (smooth or crunchy) to give it a sweeter taste. Make sure to eat it right away because it can melt really quickly.
